Nothing we got there and they rejected our stay because we weren’t 21 when it said nothing about that in there policy and it was up to there discretion

Enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, full-size refrigerator, and stove. Would love to have had a coffee maker and toaster. Comfortable bed.

I arrived having been told there would be a room for me that had never had pets in it. I was informed that was not the case. The man at the desks did his best he upgraded my room insisting animals had not been in the room for four day prior. I had a severe reaction to the room. I could not breathe. I asked for a refund and was told since I booked with Expedia with a 10 dollar upgrade if refund was needed, we could not get a refund. We cannot reach Expedia for a refund. We paid for your room and for a “pet free”hotel at a higher price. Two hotel rooms for a one night stay.

Old buildings are hard to clean. Carpet is disgusting and old. No solid granite or composite quartz anywhere. Lamp in my bedroom had protective brown paper adhesive stuck to the plastic white shade top (which I washed off) it looks much better now. I understand you cannot refurbish the hotel often, but after 40 years it is obvious that nothing has been done. The lighting is terrible & there are no outlets with charging options for an A or C adapter to charge a phone or computer. I guess you have no competition.

Room was great - large and plenty of bathroom storage. Good breakfasts with lots of variety.

Floors in lobby, breakfast area and stairwells needed mopping noting spills.

This is an average hotel that needs updating. The bathroom floor needs to be cleaned better-dirty corners and grout. I complained about the light in the shower/toilet room as it blinks several times like a strobe light before going fully on. The woman at the desk said that all of the bathrooms do that. That is unacceptable IMO. The staff at the desk were not friendly and didn’t even greet us when we arrived to check in. The doors to the entrance of a hotel slide open, but have the feeling like one is walking into a jail. Even the exterior of the property needs some attention/improvement. The Continental breakfast included with the rooms was average. We did appreciate the full kitchen with a full size refrigerator!

It's a nice place to stay. It is spacious in the room we had and comfortable too. The hotel has a nice swimming pool with working hot It's a little noisy being right next to the highway.

The staff was friendly. There was a nice little selection of breakfast items. There was free parking.

Even though I was in a non-smoking room, the room smelled of smoke. The room felt dated, especially the bathroom. The caulking around the tub was dirty and worn away in spots. There was hair in the tub. The bedroom had French doors that could "lock", but the lock on my door didn't work. The TV was old and couldn't accommodate Netflix with ads. There was a locked door in the bedroom that needed a key to be opened. I'm assuming it's for a water heater, but still, it was a bit unnerving to not be able to check behind that for for safety reasons.

Always will chose to stay at this hotel!!!! Pool area was nice pool towels was available that’s a plus hot tub worked ,,, room was nice as usual cons the pull out bed had dirty sheets on it so we all had to sleep in the queen bed other than that it was nice
