Residence Inn Topeka

This place is dilapidated and unkept. The rugs in the hallway are fully stained and the front desk unprofessional. The Wi-Fi does not work and when you need help with it, they direct you to call their Internet provider to try and get you connected to the wifi. Our room smells like we’re staying in a dingy basement. We made reservations at the Springhill suites which is a nice new hotel on the other side of town and they overbooked and bumped us to this hotel and told us it was an upgrade. Who are they kidding? This place is a dump.

Great space in room and living area.

Quiet, clean, and in a convenient area.

The property was outdated, dirty, grounds were unkept, smelled musty, big cracks in the ceilings, shelves falling off the wall. The only good point was the gentleman at the front desk!

Every time the air conditioning came n it created a loud boom followed by a loud noise until it shut off kept waking me up!!!

The condition of the property was horrible, lingering odor, worn-out furniture. Overall, a misrepresentation of the Bonvoy brand. I strongly recommend the removal of this property.

Key card would never work multiple times we had to get it re-keyed everytime we used it. Property was super dirty stains everywhere.
