Residence Inn Topeka

The property on the inside, Was satisfactory. The outside property needed a lot of cleaning up and work.

Clean spacious suites. We are a family of 5 with 2 children in their 20’s. We had plenty of space, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room w full kitchen. Adequate kitchen equipment enabled us to eat in a few times - save some money & play family games. The stucco ceiling in one of the bathrooms cracked and fell. Staff was apologetic & helpful. WONDERFUL breakfast-loved all the nut option toppings for a healthier yogurt breakfast.

The stay here is Always pleasant and peaceful

The building is not unkept well. Just small things. Needs TLC. Front doors don’t open wide, they are motion censored and I ran into one as it did not open correctly. Stairs were not vacuumed. Over crowded rooms. Furniture was uncomfortable.

Spacious comfortable room. Easy, plentiful parking. Nice staff.

Room was clean & comfortable.

Breakfast was horrible. Came to eat at 8 am. Only onion bagels available. 😬 Sausage was rubber. Biscuits were cardboard.Scrambled eggs were yuk. No yogurt. No boiled eggs. No pastries. Won't be back.

Room is very roomy and has a nice little kitchen

Location was good. Hotel was nice. Studio king was a nice touch made it feel like home. Was a lot of room.

There was no oven as the pictures showed and the hallways was warmer even tho the ac unit was running. The parking lot near the dumpsters could use some cleaning. Kitchen table was loose and broken.

Everything was Awesome
