"Great place for a getaway. Beautiful setting ."

Pool was great. More lounge chairs are needed by pool. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was somewhat dated. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. It was nice to have a free shuttle available for up two miles.

Really no complaints.

Room was very noisy from I think the AC. There was a intermittent loud knocking noise. Sounded like shoes in the dryer. We think it was from the AC.

"Beautiful property with a few snags"

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The pool was nice. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. Location was great! Hotel was convenient to everything. Staff was friendly and gave good recommendations when asked about restaurants.

We were "guaranteed check-in by 4pm" but didn't get our room till after 4:30pm which was very frustrating! The couch in the room was horribly uncomfortable!! The "courtyard view" from our balcony was blocked by a huge tree with a lot of dead leaves and branches which was very disappointing. Although the pool was nice, there were not enough chairs for the guests which left us to sit poolside on the cement.

Food was good, friendly staff

Room was extremely cold, thermostat not working and blower motor loud. Two lamps not working and no blanket on 1 of the beds. Complained to front desk. For the price of the room, would have been nice to have some heat and a blanket.

"Nice property, but disappointing."

The outdoor property was beautiful. The pools were great. There is a Starbuck’s inside the lobby but no hot food and little help, so very slow.

Our room was very dated. Not sure all the rooms are, or just the room they assigned us. Beat up lampshade, bathroom door stuck and wouldn’t close properly, 1950’s couch that was not comfortable at all. That said, the bed was comfortable. For the money we paid for the room, we were very disappointed.
