Nice pool area and decent amenities. Room was comfortable including beds. Bathroom was kept clean and orderly by staff. Resort is conveniently located within the Scottsdale area.

Nothing negative to comment on regarding this topic. Facility met expectations for short term stay in Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

The pool was amazing - used it every day. Great location - enjoyed staying on the property and venturing downtown to restaurants and shops. The staff was excellent - very friendly and helpful.

The grounds were very pretty

It was very run down. The bench on the second floor near the elevator needs to be replaced. The door to our room looked like it had been broken into. Wood was splintered. Our balcony had broken tortilla chips all over and water bottle caps. Wasn’t swept.

"Pass on this hotel"

Checked in and water was off. Zero pool chais available at the pool. Water was restored later in the day…now no hot water. Maintenance came and made repair. Later that night still no hot water. Contacted front desk to change room they said boilers are now working. Room 7103 had porch light you could not turn off at night so room was light all night long. Breakfast buffet was mediocre at best; coffee was horrible. Grounds are beautiful so are the pools. If you don’t get out to the pool to reserve a chair by 7am there won’t be one available. The pool bar service was great. Overall for $900 for two nights I’d say pass.

"Horrible"

The hotel was so under staffed it was ridiculous. They need way more help. So many kids with no adults. Had to ask for rooms to be cleaned. Would never stay again for the price.
