Hampton Inn Commerce

Pretty much your standard Hampton, nothing much to like or dislike, it had the corporate feel and comfort of some many hotels, it was a bed for the night and it did what it was supposed to do. Decent Longhorn steakhouse nearby.

The facility was clean the staff was very friendly Room was clean I would definitely recommend this hotel

A decent hotel which I would stay again, but it needs some TLC. The pool was nasty looking. The chair needs a good cleaning to remove stains. Wallpaper peeling in some areas. AC unit leaking. Carpet wet around unit. The room and hotel were clean. Liked the bathroom with all the space for all of our toiletries. Bathrooms may have been recently updated. Breakfast is the usual Hampton Inn breakfast.

I’ve stayed at several Hampton over the last year, and this was my least favorite. It was average hotel wise though- it just wasn’t the usual Hampton/Hilton experience that I’ve come to expect. The hotel is definitely older and it’s rather evident inside. It could definitely use an update. The door didn’t close all the way on its own- I had to make sure to pull it or push it closed. The lock to the adjoining room didn’t feel super secure to me. The carpet squares weren’t totally secure to the floor either. So, my stay was fine- it just wasn’t what I’ve come to expect from the Hampton/Hilton name.

We had a quiet relaxing weekend away. The hotel needs to be updated but it was clean and had a decent breakfast. Our blackout shade was torn when we arrived but not too bad as to wake us too early.
