The hotel property was very clean, a little modern and nice! What made our day was the nice Checkin. The person was so welcoming and informative. Definitely will be back.

"Clean but too loud"

The hotel was fine and pretty much as expected for the price. My only complaint was the noise from the hallway during the night. The hotel walls did not seem well insulated to account for the noise, or maybe the door was undercut too much and left too big of a gap. In either case, we had loud occupants on our floor and unfortunately they woke us up multiple times. My parents were on the opposite side of the hallway and didn't hear them, so that is good at least - they were talking loudly and slammed the doors multiple times.

Upon arrival checking in was very embarrassing my card was declined. I managed to get in touch with the bank member on the phone stating that nothing is wrong with my card there is something wrong with the hotel, it was very very and I repeat very embarrassing
