"Old & Dirty"

Hotel was dirty, and service lacking. I was double charged, with no solutions by manager. I paid hotels.com in advance of stay, and the hotel also changed my debit card (which I put on hold for incidentals). She would just say she would look into it. Still waiting

"Not a good stay!"

Moldy smell in room. Carpet tiles loose on floor. Bed squeaky. Planned to stay several nights check out and went somewhere else after one stay. Not what I consider enjoyable.

"Yes I would stay here again"

Was good for the price and the staff was great and very helpful. The room was very clean and they had hand sanitizer on ever floor by the elevator door.

"Not on par with expected Hampton Inn standard"

This is an older Hampton Inn. When booking at a Hampton Inn you have a certain expectation as the chain is consistently very good. This location is lacking in a lot of ways. Drab, older decor. Getting a little run down. They are taking short cuts on maintenance and it's starting to show. 30% over priced for what you get.

"Great trip to commerce Georgia. "

We had a great stay on this recent trip. The only complaint that we had during these current crazy times we are in was that the pillows were very thin and seemed to flatten out very quickly. The hotel did an amazing job with all these new steps and guidelines that have been mandated down to a to go style breakfast because of covid 19. We traveled as a couple for an event at Atlanta Dragway to meet up with family and friends there which was very close to the hotel and pretty much right off the main road. I highly suggest this hotel.
