Staff was very helpful in trying to explain the issue except for the guy on 1st shift Saturday. He’s very rude and shouldn’t be allowed to interact with the guests

Was charged three times for my stay and now I have to wait two to five days for the refund to post on my account. This is very unacceptable when I was there visiting and needed that money

The convenience to nearby amenities is a plus. This facility is our preferred location when we visit family in the Fort Wayne area.

The toilet paper holder was damaged and the roll continued to fall off. The tub had debris in it from a previous occupant. It appeared as if the shower had been cleaned, but not thoroughly rinsed. The room door was out of alignment and wouldn't close properly on its own. It had to be forced into the jamb for it to lock properly. The window shade was remote control, and would not respond to the remote. Our kids had rooms of their own, which seemed in top notch shape, so I'm fairly certain that these minor issues will be corrected in a timely fashion. Regardless of this experience, we will continue to utilize this facility when we visit again.

The location was perfect. It was clean and always had a good smell. Joanna , the front desk clerk was AMAZING!!! Her smile and welcoming personality makes you want to keep coming back , housekeeping was great . Breakfast was good.

Christian the guy that works evenings/ nights was rude and disrespectful!! He needs a class on customer service.
