The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was very unprofessional, Your ad online said you had airport shuttle upon arrival and getting out of my Uber I was informed there is no shuttle for the airport, I had to spend another $55 to get to the airport after being told one price online by the booking company it was $100 more for the room your staff was very rude,

The room was clean, but had a couple areas that needed attention. The shelf under the microwave had a loose front board that had a staple holding it, and the bathroom had some peeling paint in a corner. The breakfast was good, and the attendant was active in restocking, though some items like coffee and waffle batter ran out before 9 am, and left empty.

I chose the king suite so I would have the sofa bed to use- I'm a restless sleeper due to back issues and didn't want to wake my partner. When we tried to pull out the bed, it was very tight, and appeared to have never been used, since the mattress was still wrapped in shipping plastic, and had no sheet on it. Since it was very late, we opted not to call the desk to remedy the situation.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Safe neighborhood.

Room was dusty shade curtain had a rusty moldy looking dinge. The towel policy is absurd. One housekeeper rolled her eyes at my wife just for asking for towels. Another male housekeeper fussed about towels in guest presence.
