"Huge disappointment. We were there to celebrate a graduation from Indiana Tech."

The location.

The room had only one bath towel, no alarm clock. The floor was sticky and had crumbs on it. The battery in the tv remote was dead. My daughter’s room had a used soap in the shower, we assume it was never cleaned. The bottom sheet did not fit bed. Came completely off during the night.

I came in to get my room that I reserved on 04/17 and I was told my reservation has been canceled. First it was because my name was changed on the computer, then it was because my card was declined. My card was charged and later released. I understand the busyness but fully canceling my whole reservation without any email or phone call stating the fact of the situation was unprofessional and a lack of good business. I'm a retired Retail manager of customer service for 32 years, I would have never allowed a customer to walk into a situation like that. This is the second time I've tried to use booking. Com as well as Comfort Suits and both times for each have failed!!

"It was a comfortable stay but the cleanliness was disappointing."

Good location. Breakfast was average hotel food, it was quiet and comfortable

The room was quite dirty. Crumbs and old food under the microwave. Sticky substance on the table, dirt on the carpet. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing.
