Beautiful, large rooms and the grounds are gorgeous. Staff were lovely and clearly working hard to make our stay as good as possible.

The food was extremely disappointing. The included breakfast was serviceable, but the food we had for dinner was bordering on inedible. We didn’t mind too much because we mostly ate out anyway and the hotel is lovely otherwise. It’s a bit far from Tam Coc for some of the tourist destinations there but we knew that going in!

Logement idyllique pour une famille, des chambres spacieuses propres et confortable, un cadre magnifique, jardin luxuriant, vue sur pagode de bai dinh, autour d'une belle piscine, jeu pour enfants et restaurant très bon. Thuy et Uyen et tout le reste du personnel était au petit soin, ils nous ont même permis de faire un late check out gratuitement ce qui a été idéal pour passer la journée au bord de la piscine avec les enfants. Nous avions un doute sur l'emplacement mais honnêtement, même si vous logez a tam coc vous devez de toute façon prendre un grab pour Trang An, Hoa Lu ou Bai Dinh donc au final vous êtes a l'écart mais c'est pas plus mal...

Honnêtement rien. Une partie de l'hôtel était en travaux, ce n'est jamais idéal mais aucune nuisance.

The property is quite good and new! Everything in property is properly managed, and it’s worth staying here!! Pool in this property is a win!! Staff, including receptionist (Lam) and the girl at breakfast area (Uyen) are quite helpful and good, they ensure there is no problem to the guests!
