We had a great time at Bai Dinh resort. The staff were friendly and very helpful and it was a nice and relaxing reset from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Facilities were clean and rooms were very spacious. Especially for a family of 5. It was also very close to the Bai Dinh Pagoda.

The resort is a little secluded, which we knew prior to going. But there is literally no walking distance cafes etc you need to catch a grab and drive for about 20 mins. Resort food was average as well.

Very kind and helpful staff, good breakfast, spacious and clean room. My stay was excellent!

- Service was friendly bur very incapable. Not able to pick up a simple order. No idea how to serve a red wine. No attention to customer. Generally very slow. No english at all even though a large part of customers are international - Food was ok - Half of the hotel garden is a construction site - Gym is completely deserted, neglected and dangerous to use - Spa is just one small room (basically non existing) - Scooters offered for rental are terribly serviced (no brakes, no lights, bad tires, handed over with an empty gas tank) - One large group of guests ruined the stay for other guests by singing karaoke and talking extremely loudly and annoyingly (hotel staff was not able to calm them down) - Pool was very dirty and was avoided by guests without exception - No comfortable seating area available on the whole property (all wooden uncomfortable chairs) - Food is pretty pricey, not really worth the money

It was truly a wonderful decision to choose this hotel for a one-night stay! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the spacious, airy atmosphere and the elegant, sophisticated design. I was especially impressed by the garden — lush, green, and peaceful, with a wide variety of flowers and plants. It felt like being completely removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and friendly. The room was clean, well-equipped, and very cozy. Overall, it was a perfect resort experience. I only wish I had more time to stay longer. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to all my friends when they visit Ninh Bình. Honestly, even a 5-star rating is not enough to express my satisfaction.
