Pool, staff were very responsive and attentive.

Rooms smelled moldy throughout. Not sure if the cleaned the room regularly. I had to let the maintenance staff know that the shower drain was not draining properly and the hand held shower stand was broken. However, both these problems were addressed immediately.

Staff were excellent, and Thuy and Uyen were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very nice. Lovely big bedroom, well equipped. The 2 tours we did from there that the hotel arranged were very good - the guide was excellent but didn’t always give what was written in the brochure.

Breakfast, although there was lots, wasn’t particularly good - would have liked fresh bread and croissants and greater choice of hot drinks, a selection of teabags would have been nice. The location was very remote - we looked for somewhere for dinner within walking distance and there was very little on offer, particularly for vegetarians. You really need to have your own transport or be prepared to get taxis. In fact there is nowhere to walk around to locally.

The staff was amazingly kind and accommodating. I want to specifically mention Thuy, Uyen, and Xuan for their exceptional service!! Do not hesitate to book here it’s an amazing deal and located close to the pagoda

Our stay at the resort was absolutely fantastic! The resort was so beautiful, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, but the best part of our stay was the staff! They were so friendly and kind with us. A special thanks for Thuy, Uyen,Gang and Thai, they were exceptional with us and specially my son, every day when he woke he wanted to see his friends and play with them! I would definitely stay there again, hope one day we can come back! Thank you ❤️

From the moment I arrived the hospitality was noticeable. However, that since of hospitality became a feeling of being gently and quietly cared for. Giang, Uyen, and the rest of the staff paid attention to details. The property and rooms have a relaxing esthetic and smells wonderful. The food and drinks were also good. The property is just a few minutes away from Bai Dinh Pagoda.

There wasn't anything unpleasant.
