Hostal Guacamayas

Good location if you are visiting Chichen Itza, nice decoration with a little pool outside,comfortable beds.

No water late at night and early morning.

Lovely little hostel! The owner is exceptionally kind and helpful and the people we met there were great too. I especially recommend their homemade breakfast! Def will be staying there again

No lockers in the room. I told the front desk girl it was nice to meet her and she said "yeah right".

Cheapest dorm beds in December. The breakfast was good. The hostel is centrally located.

The washrooms could have been cleaner with better faculities.

The most important thing was the people. The owner and the staff were so friendly and we had a lot of fun together. They prepared a Christmas dinner for everyone there and felt like a family. The pancakes for breakfast were very tasty. There was a friendly atmosphere between the guests and the garden was a very nice space to spend the day and the night.

We had the room next to the kitchen and it was super noisy from 6am. It was impossible to sleep. No curtains at the beds, no lockers, no charging plugs, no towels, the room was not clean, not enough staff. The beds were not very convenient. We also found a chewing gum under the mattress..lots of mosquitoes too.

Good welcome , and good breakfast . Dulce is a super host always smiling and the hostel is Nice

Good location, 5min from the Cenote and city center, 10min from the Ado bus station. Nice pan cakes for breakfast and a lovely chill area. They have bicis and motos for rent.

There are not too many options to charge your phone in the rooms
