Hostal Guacamayas

Breakfast was delicious, location was pretty good and the staff seemed really nice. I liked the wall art.

Quite a lot more run down than it looks in the pictures, not very clean, minimal security, loads of bugs, only two plugs in the entire female dorm, slow wifi.

We had the room for ourselves. The vibes were good. They worked with volunteers, they were all nice. Breakfast was nice.

There is a voucher of a cenote included, they forgot to tell us. But nice people.

Loved my stay here. The facilities are outdated by still met my needs. Cleanness (especially the bathrooms) needs some improving. Would've prefered Mexican breakfast but understand that most guests like fruit and pancakes. Wilo and his staff do a great job in balancing out all property shortcomings with their friendliness, local tips and efficiency.

Ellie was so friendly and welcoming with good tips. Lovely outdoor area and breakfast was really good.

Bedroom and bathroom dirty, tired and stuffy.
