Free breakfast included in the price is a real bonus. The staff are very friendly even though they dont speak much English.

There was no water in one early morning so it was inconvenient for early-risers. The reception is located next to the female room so it was noisy sometimes.

Schließfach wurde 3 Tage nicht bereit gestellt...Besitzer ist Bordell Betreiber Mir wurde ein ungewarteter Roller verliehen, bei dem nach 1 Stunde der Keilriemen riss. Der Besitzer bedrohte mich körperlich als auch mit der Polizei, beleidigte mich und warf mich zum späten Abend aus dem hostel anstatt mich zu entschädigen. Viel Drogen Verkehr im Hostel

Good location, place was really clean including bathrooms although the women’s shower was not great at all. Really low pressure. The staff were very welcoming

Only thing that was a bit off was one of the nights we were woken up at about 2 am with loud music etc. I had a look out at the bar area and there were a good few people must have come back from their night out but I only recognised like 2 people from our hostel, it was as if due to the place having a bar a lot of outside people came back to party longer. Was a bit annoying and a bit weird having a group of outside people back? Not sure if it’s jut myself who feels this way, I don’t really mind the loud music or lateness this comes with staying on a hostel but just the random people

Great location, close to Parque Principal and the ADO station. The owner and staff are very nice and gave my stay a personal touch. On site laundry is a huge Plus as well

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but no problem at all to use it.

Not far from historic center and collectivo stations.. decent place..good value for money...good breakfast. Helpful staff.

I liked everything, comfortable rooms, nice people who work there, hostal is pretty and they serve good breakfast.

-The best host possible! Willow makes sure that you have the best stay ever. He makes sure you feel at home in the hostel, tells you all about the area and makes sure you get a welcome cocktail. -Also the volunteers are super friendly and knowledgeable. -The hostel feels like one big family and home. - - Breakfast was super yummy! - comfy beds + privacy curtains - super nice garden - many facilities - super close to city center + busstation and easy to get to cenotes with bycicle.

The atmosphere laid back and people working there, very helpful and friendly.
