Shangri-la Surabaya

Very nice property and service were excellent. The executive deluxe room was really spacious, very clean and very nice. We booked two rooms, asked for early check in at 12:00hrs but the hotel allow us to check in at 10:00am already. It was really great service! Love to stay there and looking forward to be back again soon.

Excellent location and very clean

The staff at the hotel were excellent; always welcoming, kind and professional. It is always a pleasure staying at the hotel.

The room was excellent, comfortable bed and silent. Bathroom had all you could wish for. The Jamoo restaurant provided a nice dinner buffet, and especially the breakfast buffet was extensive, and even with local live cooking stations. Miss Fio, at the breakfast reception welcomes you with a wonderful smile, and the manager Mr. Khusaeri made great effors in welcoming you, and explain details about the food. Very pleasant experience!

The gym is quite basic, but it will do. And the steam room in the Spa was way too hot, so be careful. Since they have closed water bottles, they might as well can provide more than 2 bottles in the room as better service.

petit soucis de machine pour payer à l'accueil, après 2 essais de 2 cartes différentes on me demande si j'ai une 3ème cartes, ce n'ai pas à moi de palier aux soucis techniques !
