The location of the hotel is not bad though not within walking distance to mall. However taking a taxi is not expensive to go to PTC or Tunggan Plaza. The breakfast is reasonable.. The food at the access lounge is not good although I hardly use it during my stay, The gym equipment needed upgrading for a 5 star hotel rating. The hotel is reasonable good and comfortable. And the staff are nice. The price is reasonable,
