"Nice hotel with good facilities. Breakfast time was too busy."

Room was very nice and clean. We also used the pool and leisure facilities which were great.

Breakfast was good but was very busy. We had to wait a while to be seated. Also they had run out of many of the items. We had to wait a while for eggs and bacon and there was a large waiting time for hot drinks and toast etc

"Rude reception staff when I reported the issue, never fixed and interrupted sleep after I had just finished a night shif"

Location to train station

Rude staff, no mirror in the room, no lightbulb in room. Reported missing lightbulb, stayed 2 nights not replaced. Loud knocking at door at 10pm, I was asleep, continued, it was a maintenance person for the lightbulb. Explained I was in bed in my pjs, insisted on coming in anyway, wrong lightbulb so wasn’t fixed.

I just love staying with my grandsons the staff are very friendly welcoming the room are very nice and comfortable the pool and jacuzzi are amazing the breakfast is great plenty of different options 😊 thank you for a lovely stay
