"Overly priced for accommodations"

Ample amount of towels in the room! Lobby nice but worn. Quiet hours begin at 9pm! That was great!

Elevator broken, 2nd floor ice machine broken. This property need updating. Room was not immaculate, but decent. Fixtures in bathroom need replacing. Toilet barely flushes.

"Terrible will never stay there again!"

I requested a handicap accessible room. This room was very tiny, it was barely possible to navigate our chairs around the room with out bumping into the furniture. The bathroom shower and toilet were set up appropriately for handicap accessibility. Although there was not place to put our toiletries. The soap dish on the sink kept falling into the sink. The beds were so firm that they were hard.

Convenient for our travel route, easy to find

Our room was OK, but the hallways smelled terrible. The walls were thin. The guest in the room was watching TV until about midnight, and while the volume wasn't excessive, the thin walls made it hard to tune it out. In the fitness room, one of the machines was out of order, and there were no cleaning wipes available. Worst of all, I mistakenly left an expensive item behind, and I was promised help in getting it mailed to me. I have received no follow-through as of two days after my stay.

"Die besten Bettdecken, die wir jemals in USA den hatten!"

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders positiv überrascht haben uns die Betten: Anders als in vielen anderen Unterkünften bestanden sie nicht nur aus einem Bettlaken und einer einfachen Wolldecke, sondern waren mit einer richtigen gefüllten Bettdecke ausgestattet – ähnlich einer Federdecke, wie man es aus Deutschland kennt. Das hat den Schlaf deutlich angenehmer und gemütlicher gemacht. Insgesamt ein sehr komfortabler Aufenthalt.
