Comfort Inn Horsham - Philadelphia

The location was near my training site

Barking dogs. Too much noise from adjoing rooms. Loud talking in the hall at 1am. Scary people sitting outside and inside the lobby.

The worker at the front desk was just wonderful, and make my experience much better. The rooms were also extremely clean and spacious.

The breakfast was okay, but not great.

The person that checked me in was very friendly and courteous. Name was Sal.

There was a truck parked outside my room with a refer trailer and very 15 minutes it started up, The room next to me had a fight in the middle of the night. the room across the hall played the TV loud all night. I think the section I was in people were living there. Walmart put orders outside of room doors, and they left them.

Facilities were clean and spacious. Location was good. Staff was good, especially the breakfast crew.

The guest in adjacent room left a dog alone. The dog howled and whined until the wee hours of the morning. Front desk didn’t pick up the phone when we called. We spoke with front desk the next morning and the situation was resolved.
