Close to my job site

Staff is disorganized, the facility smells like gas. Last several visits had to evacuate in middle of night due to fire alarms going off.

"nighttime clerk at check in seemed in a great hurry, as if it was a bother to check me in."

The room had bedbugs. I suffered many bites. I spoke to the daytime staff at the deskm on check out;the lady said that I would be re-imbursed; never received any re-imbursement.

Staff was friendly and helpful

There was mold on the ceiling of the room. The carpets in the hallway smelled SO BAD. Every time we walked in, they got worse. Smelled like an overweight person with bad BO. We moved rooms due to the mold and the second room was even worse. Smelled of a gas leak. The property manager refused any kind of refund. Never answered any of our calls. Corporate did not do anything to accommodate us.
