"Very poor expensive golf hotel"

Visited here in largish group. About 30 for 2 nights. The drive up to the hotel is fantastic. It looks very well maintained. Parking is plentiful and thre is a reason why. All the money seems to have being spent on the golfers and fitness club. The rooms are very basic at best. We had one on the ground floor next to the outdoor swimming pool. There is zero privacy as your window opens over people's sunbeds. If you have kids the blind stays down and its like staying ina black hole. The bathroom is tiny. To turn the bedside light off I had to remove the bulb. For the cost of 250 per night its very bad value and quality. Breakfast I waited 15 mins for a slice of bacon. The buffet was dirty and none of the staff seems t9 want to clean it. We had some drinks one night and when the bar shuts they place you in what csn only be described as a holding room. Dinner in the pub was ok and this is why I gave it a 2 instead of a 1. Overall its a very poor hotel which charges a fortune for poor standards and no attention to detail. Even after complaining about the room the light was fixed but my sons bed was not made and bathroom was still messy. If you want to play golf in blackpool then its ok otherwise stay away.

"Rooms are too hot!"

The facilities are good, outdoor pool is great.

The room would not go below 24 degrees so hot and uncomfortable in there. The price i paid the room is very basic! The shower head was disgusting had mould all over it. The breakfast was ok, the bacon was burnt and sat in a puddle of grease the scrambled egg was very watery.

"Parking a shame everything else can't fault it at all we visited Fleetwood beach"

Because I booked through booking.com I had to pay £5 for parking which I thought was wrong because we were actually staying in the hotel and I thought parking was free

Absolutely loved the whole experience I booked the weekend after my stay for me and my best friend as its her birthday so its my treat to her

Comfy bed ,clean and very quiet and relaxing.

Pool was full of kids doing flips into the pool , not sure why it wasnt stopped, by life guard utd he just allowed them to continue ,thought it was very dangerous with people swinning and it being shallow and not the biggest pool .. its not the sandcastle its a members swimming pool .
