Issues were: 1. We booked with a group and added an extra night. We were told the same room would be available for all nights. At check-in we were told we've have to move rooms. This was eventually sorted out after much debate. 2. We booked a meal using the website. On arrival, there was no table (and restaurant was full). It seems they have an obsolete booking system which is still live on the website! 3. The bed is not made up, and cups not washed. I've never been to a hotel which does this. 4. Requested a 'refresh' of bedding etc. Which was forgotten. 5. The only restaurant for such a large hotel is terribly noisy. 6. Automated check-in. Really! What happened to the personal touch. The system is useless and staff need to sort it out. The staff are trying their best but the systems are hopeless

Near to the hospital with walk through woods

Terrible view, noisy at night with pumps, mechanical noises etc. plus room wasn’t cleaned even though asked.

"Family trip"

Great experience !!! Lovely hotel with good facilities ! But the best part of the trip is definitely the staff. Becks at the pub and grill gave great service… reserved us a table very accommodating! The food was lovely ! I left my jacket in the pub and grill that night then Chris was a great help and located my jacket and brought it to breakfast for me. He was so welcoming and friendly that morning. We will definitely stay again.

Relaxing stay, pool awesome and bed was so comfortable we had a good night's sleep. Staff were really helpful and food on new menu was delicious. We will be back soon. Late check out was worth the extra money. Thank you.
