Hotel de France was amazing. Staff friendly and welcoming from the reception through to the dining ( special mention to Francis who was funny and charming). Everyone involved were excellent and made our stay amazing

From check in to check out really happy with the hotel and staff although they seemed under pressure at times would come back that's for sure

Really nice hotel, superb pool facilities, unfortunately we didn’t have time to use these but will be back to use them next time. Only negative thing was the room being too warm, although a fan is supplied there is not a twin socket, it’s either tv on or fan on, unless you move the fan but you wouldn’t feel as much off its benefits.

Lovely hotel - clean, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, beautiful spa and pool was a real treat.

The staff were attentive and the hotel was relaxing.

Great to to have use of sauna and steam room. Easy walk into town.

Hotel de France exceeded my expectations. I could not fault any part of my stay. My single room was clean, airy and had a very comfortable bed. There were a lot of windows so was very light and it had fine net curtains so still felt very private. There was an air conditioning unit to use but I did not need it as I prefer fresh air through windows. I used the restaurant once for lunch and two evening meals. Food, like all Jersey, was high quality and delicious. All staff whether in restaurant, spa, cleaners and reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The spa was clean and plenty of space to relax. I would definitely come again or recommend to a friend. Thank you.

The property was well presented and very clean. Sauna, pool and gym were of a high standard. My suggest for improvement would be in the area of services particularly in the bar/ restaurant areas where guests should be made feel more welcome, staff offering prompt attention and advice when needed.
