Great clean hotel overlooking St Helier. The staff always very polite and helpful. Lots to choose from at breakfast. Would definitely return.

Lovely hotel. Positives - Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and attentive. Walkable into the very centre of St Helier. Negatives - Lacked an atmosphere. Breakfast felt limited for such a grand hotel. Shower in room lacked any sort of power.

The general standard of the hotel was first class and the staff could not have been more helpful in every respect. The standard of food in the restaurant was so much better than the local restaurants and the offered a variation to suit everyone. I would find it very hard to fault this hotel.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating without being over the top . Nothing was too much trouble . The food was excellent Spa excellent and very clean

Lovely staff who all seemed genuinely happy to help. Simple but quality breakfast served in spacious dining room. Hotel walking distance to St Helier but there is a shuttle bus if needed. We found the air conditioning not working in room and electric fan was provided on request, but room still too hot and fan needed to be on and burning electricity permanently. Towels changed every day when not necessary - neither great for carbon footprint. Overall a pleasant but slightly dated hotel that could do with some investment in the bedrooms, however, we’ve stayed before and would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Good looking hotel with nice surroundings. Bedroom was big with a very good bathroom. All clean. Breakfast very good. Service very good. We liked the free minibus to and back from the town, could be improved by extending the times when run. The car park is a decent size although can fill up during the day but there were always spaces in the evening. The only negative for us was the evening restaurant menu which didn't appeal to use. We did try some of the simpler options which were ok but not special. Luckily there are plenty of restaurants in the town so didn't spoil our stay.

Beautiful property, the garden is very pleasant though it’s not big. But it offers the possibility to lay down in the sun. Very good spa with a nice range of spa treatments available. The hotel also offers a shuttle to the city centre though it is possible to walk. We did, it took us around 20 mins to get there. The restaurante is also very good, with live music twice a week. Excellent breakfast.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, responding to our requests in a positive manner. The only negative comment would be that, if you are dining in the hotel regularly, it would be nice to have a variety of daily "specials" on the menu.

Absolutely delightful hotel with great staff and outstanding rooms. The pool and spa must be one of the best on the Island. Very accessible and close enough to the main centre to be able to walk if you don't want to use the free hotel shuttle bus. Room very well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was well presented and of a high standard with good options for everyone
