Friendly staff, spacious rooms & spa, great restaurant. Will recommend it!

Best steam room ever. This is a lovely hotel - really enjoyed our stay. A delicious selection of food at breakfast and served in a clean, light and airy room. Quality of food served in evening was excellent. We enjoyed the jazz - especially when they played requests so we could dance.

The swimming facilities

Great location. Hotel spotlessly clean. Plenty of breakfast options - remember the cook to order. The team provided a breakfast box on our last day as we left so early. The only issue was a HOT room with a small fan - but it was super hot weather. Great spa with outdoor area too.

Stayed in main part of building. Rooms very clean but could do with some modernisation especially the bathroom. The lifts need some attention. The staff were very friendly and overall really enjoyed our stay.

VERY disappointing. Negatives - 36 hours to change a light in the bathroom having asked twice - tired room furniture - stained carpet - dirty fittings - average (at best) food - reception staff ignore you at every opportunity - previous days wine bottles etc left out on the corridor for too long - no one made us feel special Positives - some of the waiting on staff were nice - the spa was good

Rather a long wsy from town centre

The Hotel was lovely with a great bus sevice. The stuff was very very friedly, especially the concierge at the front desk. All was clean and tidy. The only thing to critisize is, that the professionality form the servants could be netter.
