"Great property - rooms so so"

Wonderful golfing - great property - we were in a newly renovated suite - still very dated, and it was really cold - had to ask for a heater that barely heated our room - the bathroom was freezing - cold air coming from the windows.

"Enjoyable stay"

Check in was a breeze. We booked 2 rooms and got there a couple of hours early and was given access to one of the rooms. Rooms are clean and recently updated. The agent who helped us was very helpful and made it convenient for us to get access to the other room when it was ready. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

The Coffee machine and air-condition doesnt work very well, and can you please give more water to your gust please at least please tell me where can I refill the drinkable water !~

Food quility (taste) there was below my expection, and your receptioniest, I asked someone where can i get a drinkable water, most of them ask me to purcahse the bottle of water at starbucks....

Very comfortable bed, easy to check in. Nice room!

I woke up in the morning to the sound of a weed wacker / lawn mower that must've been going for 2 or 3 hours. I was looking forward to having a peaceful morning outside on my deck and had to go back inside because it was just too loud and disruptive. Bummer to have the morning ruined! Separately, I tried to call the front desk to ask a question and was on hold for 20 minutes - I just hung up!

Everything about the Silverado experience was fabulous! The staff members were polite, helpful, friendly, and delightful. Our suite was fabulous! Golf was amazing and the golf course is in impeccable condition.
