Silverado Resort

Silverado has a beautiful setting and friendly staff. We were awarded an upgraded room, but I think we were upgraded further into a golf course facing suite that apparently Gerald Ford stayed in. We never heard our neighbors and our room was recently updated with a full kitchen and beautiful bathroom. The bottle of wine they give on the house wasn’t our taste, but the gesture was appreciated. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. My only recommendation is to increase the water pressure in the shower, but that is common in most hotels that are water conscious. I’ve stayed here twice and was upgraded into a suite twice. I’d happily stay again based on our positive experience.

We spent 4 nights in a golf course king. The room was very nice and the whole place is gorgeous. Looking forward to coming back when the spa reopens.

Amazing time staying at the resort with my sisters for a birthday weekend. Very attentive- clean, ample space for everyone . Staff was kind and even added an extra gift for her big birthday weekend. Would definitely recommend for family and friend works.

Excellent location and their food drinks and service is always so amazing. When we were checking in, we were pleasantly surprised to hear that we had $50 in credits to use anywhere in the resort. The room is amazing and the staff is always so great, the vibes are always just all around immaculate.

Extremely beautiful resort and accommodations. The valet, Carlton, was extremely helpful with ensuring we got checked in and found our suite. The resort offers gifting so loved ones are able to order wine, desserts, or charcuterie to the room as surprise gifts throughout the stay. It was the perfect location to get to Downtown Napa as well as make it to wineries that were a little further out like Sterling Vineyards.

The staff was extremely friendly. The bar and grill staff were unusually attentive and welcoming. The rooms were clean. The fireplace in our room was a nice touch.

Very nice area, quite, clean. All the people are very friendly and helpful. Love very much , highly recommend to my friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Silverado resort. Our cottage was very spacious with golf view which has amazing views of sunrise. The amenities were excellent, very well maintained and we highly recommend this place for an exciting vacation.

Overall the property was very beautiful and well maintained. But we couldn’t check in right on time because the room wasn’t ready even it was at 4pm. The front desk staffs were nice to offer $100 credit however it was used after two drinks and some lemonade for my children at the bar while we were waiting for housekeeping. Once checked in, the dishwasher wasn’t working correctly. The room we stayed was in Oak Creek and it was clean and spacious. You have to drive about half mile from the resort check in, which was a bit of inconvenient but they do offer shuttle service 24 hours when needed. We didn’t eat here this time because the Market didn’t offer fresh baked pizzas this time of the year for some reason and they were our children’s favorite when we came in May. Not sure if that was just seasonal thing. The Spa and gym are under renovation but they have a temporary space next to it. We will definitely come back again for our next family vacation in Napa because the spacious condo we stayed at was perfect.

Great 3 bedroom room for the entire family. Spacious for everyone's needs. Location is quiet and tranquil. Rooms are clean and kitchen is spacious with all the needs to make simple meals.
