Homewood Suites Harrisburg-West Hershey Area

The location and amenities are great but what makes the hotel really special is the staff. Whenever I’ve had a request or challenge I’ve always been greeted with kindness and the desire to problem solve when I asked for help. Recently I arrived to check in and the room wasn’t quite ready… it took a little longer past check in and Kristen at the front desk was very sweet and expressed several times that she felt so because I had to wait . Her concern was very much appreciated. That said, we are all only human and things happen sometimes and we should give each other a little grace in our interactions…but I can tell by her response that she and the others that work there put a lot of effort into making guests happy (And for the record, when I did get into my room it was super clean and smelled lovely). Would totally recommend to someone seeking a mid priced, clean, safe and friendly hotel in this area.

Just a little getaway close to home to relax, go shopping, and break up the winter blah. Our suite was equipped with all we needed and the staff that we met (Kirsten and Brandon) were super friendly, professional and helpful. With a full breakfast daily, it was just what we needed.

Pillows were not firm like other Hiltons so I was slightly bummed. Other than that the place was a dream!!! I was so happy and I’m going back this Sunday! I’m not going to risk going anywhere else. Everyone was so nice and it was very clean and quiet. I hope to get Kristen at the front desk again since she sweetest!

Kirsten was great thanks for the welcoming, great pool area, had a great workout, big hotel, breakfast is good, it was cold that day, hotel felt cozy. Will come back, nice business stay, good coffee area.clerk helped out a lot grateful for my stay

We were in the area for a hockey tournament over a holiday weekend. The hotel was very nice, and the staff were accommodating and friendly, particularly Kirsten and Brandon at the front desk. There was a lot of snow Sunday night which the staff cleared by Monday morning. Would return again.

The administration personnel - more specifically Kristen and Brandon were so kind and accommodating that they now got me to change permanently from a Hampton Inn nearby. Thank you so very much and will be back next week and the remainder of 2025! Dr. Kovacs

We have been coming here for years and it has been a great experience every time! Avacyn was very helpful for our entire stay. The rooms are always clean, beds are always comfy, and breakfast is tasty as always. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area!

Great hotel! The hotel is clean and quiet! Breakfast had a lot of options! Avacyn was very helpful with answering our questions and helped us get settled. The hotel is well located with stores and restaurants close by! We will definitely be back!

I always enjoy the jacuzzi suite, excellent way to help w my healing process after 2 car accidents. Always clean, and very comfortable Lobby snack prices are ridiculously high and the breakast could use some upgrade and remove some of the pork items and cater to a generation that is health conscious
