The last time we stayed we had full size Hershey bars on our pillow and two little ducks and bubble bath by the tub. They didn’t do that this time

"Customer service isn’t the only thing that is important!"

As I was leaving my room to get the pool table equipment.I could hear commotion from the front desk area. I found that there was a gentleman yelling, and from what it sounds like, bringing race into this argument, belittling his coworker and I could not stand to see that hotel was fantastic. All the other staff have been nice, but I could not stand by letting this go unnoticed.
