One of the white boys in the pool said the "N word" when my 3 daughters got into the pool the night we checked in (9/23) After he said it, one boy said to him "I heard that". The boys were playing football in the pool. You can check the security camera footage and see i made a call and my husband came to the poolside. We had a talk with our kids afterwards in our room. Pls reachout to the kids (boys) of families who were there and let them know what happened. They should ask questions and speak with their boys.

"Some things great, some things not so much"

Mostly it was a nice hotel. Pool was good, except surprisingly there are no bathrooms outside by the pool like every other hotel I've been to ever. You would have to go into the hotel lobby if you need to use the bathroom which is bizarre. Also the workout room is awful the dumbbells look like they're from the early 1900s and a few are missing, the room is incredibly humid and absolutely stank. As far as the hotel rooms they are excellent, clean and has everything you could want.

I stopped by the Homewood Suites to see if it would meet our needs for an upcoming week-long stay, and Avacyn went above and beyond to make my visit a great experience. She was incredibly welcoming and patient, taking the time to answer every one of my questions in detail. Not only did she provide all the information I needed, but she also personally showed me around the property so I could get a real feel for the rooms and amenities. Her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests made a wonderful impression. Thanks to Avacyn, I left confident that Homewood Suites would be a perfect fit for our stay.
