"Appreciate the staff"

The only reason for the lower star rating is out of the hands of the staff. We happened to book when there were little baseball players and their parents there. They were loud and at times rude. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff did an amazing job with breakfast too.

The property has a pretty outdoor space around the pool. The rooms are spacious, which allowed our family to easily enjoy our week long stay.

The breakfast has some good aspects but the fruit provided could be better.

"Great stay"

The room and common areas were very clean and in good condition. My stay was during very hot and humid weather and the air conditioning worked effectively. Most of the staff I encountered was friendly (morning check out person wasn’t rude or anything just clearly not having a good time that morning). Breakfast was good, well stocked and nice selection. The bedroom had a ceiling fan which was incredibly nice. The bed itself was more firm than I prefer but it was not uncomfortable. I would have really loved a firmer pillow but again, personal preference and not a big deal.

Everyone very helpful and pleasant. We were in town for a wedding and Avacyn went above and beyond to keep 2 rooms together for family. The rooms are comfy and clean. Staff smiling and pleasant. Very good experience.

Do not stay here. Price is ridiculous for an outdated and dirty hotel. Checked in immediately had to be moved.100 % Smoke free rooms my butt room reaked of marijuna. Staff had attitude move us to second room…A/C doesn’t work. Steer clear of this hotel!

Front desk and housekeeping was very nice but it’s just an older hotel That needs some TLC. The back entrance door was unlocked our whole visit. We had to ask for service on our room. Carpet was coming apart on the floor. Breakfast was the same 2 days in a row so we stopped going.
