Rooms old, dirty and smelled bad. They changed rooms for us but this hotel is in need of a remodel two queen beds would be nicer

I usually love Hampton Inns, I can count on consistency and good value. But not the airport Portland, Maine one. Many broke things - from one of the elevators to the juice dispenser. Our room, especially the bathroom, was very dated. In the bathroom the caulking was black in many spots. Not sure if it was mold or dirt. The porcelain toilet was discolored and needed scrubbing. There was only one small garbage can in the room, which quickly filled up. I asked at the front desk for another but never received it. Also asked for the garbage to be cleaned daily and when it wasn't I was given plastic bags to fill up and leave out in the hall. Breakfast items were not as plentiful or wide ranging as other Hamptons, including the one in Ellsworth we just came from (highly recommend that one). Very disappointing stay.

Im walk with a crutch and everytime we were at the pool we had to go get towels.

the room had mold in the shower, they didnt offer turn down service, there were NO towles in the pool area and when i asked they said they were all dirty, EVERY TOWEL IN THE HOTEL, and I got the same answer the next day! There were stains on our bedding when we got there, the curtains were broken and tacked up with a coffee stirrer, the staff stayed in the office and would take many minutes before coming to the desk. There was blood on the floor of the elevator, and when i told the desk lady she "gagged" and said, eww that is gross.......and I went back to check the elevator about an hour later and the blood was still all over the floor in the elevator! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

Garbage it emptied, bed not made , toilet didn’t flush , the room was left the way it was when left in the morning, changed rooms, microwave didn’t work and we were given a 25.00 break ! Will NEVER go back !

The place looked like a tornado went thru it. Wi-fi was down. Manager had to get it started again. Morning drink dispenser was broken-no orange juice. The 2% milk carafe had sour milk in it-I had to throw away my cereal. Worst place we have ever stayed in!!!!!!

The room was not cleaned at all there was two left over bra's in the bathroom drawer dirty mind you,the water to take a bath the diverter was broken and only the shower water ran as I am handicapped so I had to sit in a hard tub until the water finally filled the tub the breakfast in the morning was sub par and very little to choose from! the drink station was out of order so no juice the milk was sour they have dogs running around in the hallways which smells really bad I might sound like a disgruntled customer but I have stayed here before and never had a problem that is why I am in shock of the deplorable condition I will not recommend this hotel to a raccoon save your money there is so many other hotels near by for a better price and much cleaner happy travels and I hope you read this before you waist your money 💰

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I am a Hilton Diamond member and spend 70 nights a year in hotels. I pick Hampton inns frequently as they are normally consistent. First pulling into the parking lot it was dark and sketchy with people just hanging out and leaning on their cars… when I checked in around 7PM I was given a dirty room. Went back the the front desk and was told it’s because I selected my own room via the app… in any event I was given another room. The room was old and dingy. The furniture looks like it was bought second hand and is too big for the room. There is mold and mildew all over the shower and the toilet had pee on the bottom of the seat. They are also using some “off brand” soap and shampoo which was like water… not the normal Hampton inn neutrogena The AC unit was squeaky and overly loud. I did not checkout the pool or breakfast as I wanted to leave ASAP Don’t stay here. I have no idea why this is still operating under Hilton/hampton.
