Long Creek Hotel

Bed was awfully saggy. no one could help me with TV. Pool area was full of rust on tiles. hotel needs to updated

Nice and clean.

The door to the bathroom, the bottom hinge screws had come out. The door wouldn't close. I had to fix it. Also, the breakfast used to be really good. Now there are only a few things. We used to stay there a lot prior to COVID.

I got to the property on Friday June 20th stayed for 2 nights and I had no proper working AC it had some pilot lights inside that kept blinking I called for management and I was told only one person on duty no maintenance on call and instead he sent the kitchen aid to come check. She said she would returned but never did . On Saturday I called to checked if the maintenance guy was coming they said it was 9 am and he didn’t show up for work and that the hotel was full no other rooms were available. Worse hotel ever. I even asked for towels and was told by house keeping it would be an hour but no one never came again. I would never go back there. The carpet are old and the place smells disgusting

Front desk was super efficient and friendly upon check in. Upon check out, again, they were open to listening about the issues we had with the room.

Our room had no room number outside, we had to guess which was ours. The beds did not have a mattress pad, just a sheet and cover. Bathroom was not super clean, hair in tub and floor. Having stayed here multiple times, this is the first time we have had issues. Room felt like it was in need of repair and upgrade.

Dirty, rundown, mold in bathroom, old sheets and dirty. Lobby wallpaper peeling off. Average 200.00 a night is a ripoff! It’s a hell hole

Didn't like anything. Needs a complete refurbishment. Terrible breakfast. Airport shuttle doesn't run after 5:00!

It was clean and my friend and I loved the pool and hot tub

They wouldn’t give me mini Oreos cuz I wasn’t exclusive :(
