"You’d probably do better to find another place to stay."

We booked this hotel for 2 nights on the front and back of our trip to Acadia. We wanted to be close to the airport. When we booked the rooms, it was a Hampton Inn. It changed ownership in early August. This hotel looks worn and tired. The staff is not friendly. The TV in the room does not work. The area around the hotel is also past its prime and leaves much to be desired. Would recommend finding another place to stay.

Work is being done here,Hospitality was nice…our room was supposed to have 2 queen beds but had 2 double beds instead…hot tub was not hot upon arrival but told desk in morning and was fixed next day…breakfast was good…close to Downtown Portland..seems like the hotel itself is in a change over process….

"Needs a breakfast update. "

The hotel is ok. The rooms are comfortable and the staff was congenial. The breakfast needs an update. No grab and go fresh fruit, the hot offerings left much to be desired and no flavored creamer option. And they were running out of creamer.
