Long Creek Hotel

The size of the room was amazing! I felt like we rented an apartment for the night. We had to call to get sheets etc for the pull out couch and the girl who brought them wasn't very friendly. The king sized bed was NOT comfy, I didn't sleep much at all. The chase lounge was very comfy to sit in. The bathroom was good sized and so was the kitchen. Aside from the 1 cup coffee maker, toilet paper, tissues, towels and shampoo etc. there was nothing else for extra items. Nothing in the cupboards, drawers or closets. There were two closets, but only a few hangers in 1 and mine and our daughter's dresses were dragging on the floor. We even had 2 doors to go in and out of. The room could've used some upgrades. The carpet and upholstery on the furniture was worn and or had stains on them. The man at the front desk that checked us in was very friendly and seemed to like his job. Overall it was a decent stay, it would have been 4 star all around if the bed had been comfy. The rest was an ok trade off for the size of the room.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel as I woke up at 6:30 AM on Sunday morning due to fire alarm battery decided to die: it was making noise every 40 seconds, and obviously I could not sleep. The issue was not resolved until 9:20 am. So almost for two hours I had to listen that loud beeping noise in my room. The night front desk person was helpless. Manager on duty was willing to refund payment for the stay; however, since I booked my stay through Expedia, they told me to take the matter to Expedia and get a refund from them. Few days ago Expedia informed me that they cannot process the refund because they did not get an approval from manager of the hotel as they were not able to reach them. I spoke to hotel today and they told me that only Expedia has to reach out to them to get an approval for a refund. I am really not happy with the hotel and Expedia as they’re not treating me as a good customer even though I use them for my booking needs for many many years. Extremely dissatisfied with Expedia.

Very nice location, right by the mall and 20 minutes from the beach. Hottub and pool were very nice!

Property and easy to locate and near shopping malls and restaurants. Staffs are good and friendly. I would love to go back and stay again.

my room has a strong odor smell, and the window cannot be opened so no way for fresh air in. Ask front desk to change room, it's a little better but still can feel the smell. Like many other says, rooms need renovation which I saw some of them being worked on near the pool. pool and hot tub is great, and breakfast is super

Trying to get a receipt for our stay to receive reimbursement has been impossible. The hotel manager has not returned my email or phone calls.

Meh. Really needs a refresh. Okay for one night if your own a budget.

Everyone were super friendly and helpful.

They take great care of it.
