Clarion Pointe near Medical Center

This property is shut down so I am waiting to see if I will get my money back for a stay I booked through Expedia for a hotel that's permanently closed.

This property was closed upon arrival. Very upset!!

Hotel is closed and is under construction. We made this reservation a month ago and we were not notified.

Well the people next to us were yelling at each other at 4 am. Called front desk multiple times and nobody answered. I went downstairs to see 3 employees sitting in there watching tv. About an hour later we were evacuated for a fire. I never received my cash deposit back. I have tried reaching out multiple times and no response.

We traveled four hours in from Dallas and when we got in front of the Clarion, we found out it was closed due to arson. We never got contacted by Expedia. We never got contacted by the hotel. It was a mad scramble to get another room. It was all a terrible experience. I don’t know who dropped the ball whether it was Expedia or whether there was a Clarion, but it was a terrible experience

Drove from out of town only to find the hotel closed. No email or text or any update to let us know anything. We had to look for another hotel late at night with kids.

Tv was broken. After the fire nothing was told to us about relocating or giving us a refund!
