Domapartment Cologne City Altstadt

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, in super Zustand und sehr sauber.

Wir waren mitte Februar im Domapartment Cologne City Altstadt. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich.... auch das Apartement fanden wir mühelos. Als wir allerdings im Zimmer ankamen, zeigte sich, dass die Wohnung total Unterkühlt war. Ein Fenster war defekt.... was auch schon in bewertungen vorher bemängelt wurde..... daher konnte sich jedoch keine Temperatur im Zimmer halten. Nach einem Anruf wurde uns versprochen, dass dem Problem angenommen wurde.... nach einer Stunde haben wir uns rückversichert... und es wurde bestätigt, das Thema wäre in Bearbeitung. Als wir nachts gegen 3 Uhr von einer Veranstaltung zurück kamen, hat sich jedoch keiner der Beschwerde angenommen. Bei der Abreise haben wir die Thematik novchmlas zur sprache gebracht..... es wurde sich entschuldigt und uns wurde bei nochmaliger Buchung ein Gutschein versprochen. Damit wollten wir das Thema auf sich beruhen lassen... Nun kam allerdings ein schreiben Schreiben über unbefugte Parkplatznutzung (welche wir schon vor Ort bezahlt haben) über einen Betrag von 113,99 €! Eine absolute Frechheit!!!!

Die Räume sind grosszügig und sauber, das Appartements befindet sich an einer Ausgezeichneter lage.

Gebucht wurde ein Apartment mit Balkon, wir haben keinen bekommen. Wir riefen umgehend die Rezeption an. Es hieß, man würde sich bei uns zurückmelden, was nie passiert ist. Beim auschecken wurde uns auch keine Lösung angeboten. Sauberkeit ließ zu Wünschen übrig.

Die Domapartments liegen sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Unser Apartment war sehr sauber, hell und beinhaltete alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir danken den sehr netten Vermietern für das unkomplizierte Ein- und Auschecken und kommen gerne wieder :)

More or less everything was okay. We’ve agreed to leave our luggage after check in in the office (which is at another address), we grabbed breakfast on the way there after check in & arrived to an closed office! The letters & newspapers were not picked up & the rolling grid was closed. Honestly looked like no one was there the whole day! I called the number that was written on the window, just to get the excuse that the person who was supposed to be in the office is in the other building to inspect the rooms after the check out! But we of course still had the keys so how would we be able to return them? The guy on the phone asked us to go the next vodaphone shop & leave it there, which we also did, but they also said that this never happened before. He added that we should just rent out a locker at the railway station, which we in the end had to do & waisted money on that!! Need to add: dripping tap in the bathroom, loud & long working bathroom ventilation, heating turned itself off before going to bed & was not on the next day, during winter this is not really good, woke up sick the next day! Thanks for that!

The accommodation was relatively clean. However, the listing was misleading. The actual accommodation was different to the check in location, and there was no lift, despite the fact that the listing on hotels.com indicated that there was a lift. We were definitely not happy about needing to carry our 20kg suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. Also, the internet was extremely slow and at time would not work at all. Luckily we were only booked for 2 nights.

The managers for the apartments are lovely, very helpful and friendly, but they are working with accommodation that lets them down somewhat. During our stay we had little or no wifi, which they tried to fix but it still didn't work successfully, and the hot water supply to the apartment was intermittent, meaning showers and baths were hit and miss when the water just ran cold. We raised this also during our stay but the situation did not change. For these reasons I wouldn't return, although there is much to be positive about - the location is handy for the city and the apartment is clean with all catering facilities provided perfectly. It depends how much you value wifi and hot water!

War alles sauber und gute lage nur Matratzen waren viel zu weich aber sonst alles gut !!!!
