Poca luz, sin mobiliario suficiente, pocos cubiertos e internet malo.

Everything is perfect. very closed from the central station. And around the hotel there are lots of supermarket. Most of all, the hotel is amazing nice and clean :)

Localizacion privilegiada muy cerca a la estacion central de Colonia y a los mercados navideños. Comodo y limpio.

The property was basic and provided somewhere to stay fairly centrally for 2 nights at a reasonable cost. It was no frills though and had little annoyances like light bulbs not working. Also, the location was not as advertised on Expedia - Marzellenstrasse is only the Reception - the property was quite a bit further away, the other side of the main station.

We received an email stating checkin location changed. Had to call 2x to figure out where checkin was. A man had to go outside and wave us down. My wife went and checked us in as there was no place to park anywhere. She comes back with a two phased map and says parking is a 1/4 mile away from the room. We will need to huff our luggage in the pouring rain down a main street to where the room is on the map. I thought this is ridiculous surely we can drive to the lodging location and just unload there first.. so I drove us to where the room was on the map and found that there was absolutely no parking available anywhere. So I parked in the middle of the road with the hazards on and got the family out as quick as possible while blocking traffic. Not only was this embarrassing for us (for doing something we knew was idiotic), it also agitated the people trying to go down the road we were blocking. At least my family only had to go 20 feet in the pouring rain not 1/4 mile with luggage. Post exodus I drove to the parking location marked out. I found the area (for €15.00 per night) to be behind another building, down an alleyway then in an unlit dirt pit. My first thought was honestly... You gotta be kidding me is it even safe to get out? I walked back solo in the rain to the apt. When I got there I wanted a warm shower. I turned the water on and it smelled like raw sewage!! This happened more than 2x when starting water. We have been refused a refund by hotel. Be aware!

Tom fue extremadamente amable, se retrasó nuestro vuelo y dejó las llaves en un hotel cercano al apartamento. Al día siguiente nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones sobre la ciudad. El apartamento está céntrico, cerca de la estación central.

Room conditions was not that great, they even put on curtain which is not the size meant for the window. Bathroom shower was not working well. But staffs are friendly and responded to my complaint about shower quite immediately via email. Location is very good, which is closed by to main train station and is where Cologne Cathedral is.
