Apartamento incrivel, muito espaçoso e confortável, fizemos todos os passeios ao centro caminhando, tem mercado quase em frente o que facilita para uma refeiçâo em casa e cafe da manhã. Super recomendo

Appartement bien situé et calme. Quelques points critiquables : poubelles non vidées, gel douche manquant, lit inconfortable et drap trop court. Un bon point positif est le grand téléviseur.

Accueil froid, location située à un autre endroit que la réception (assez loin). Appartement sombre avec pour seul ameublement un lit qui prend toute la place et une minuscule table pour deux ou on a de la difficulté à s’asseoir avec la télé juste au-dessus.

The service apartment is very close to the central railway station and extends up to 4 floors, without lift. The apartment is simple, but good sized and clean. The TV wasn’t working that well, couldn’t switch between any programs and the internet was also not working. But I did stay only overnight, which was ok.

Reservamos no dia 30/12 por uma noite apenas, já que tínhamos voo marcado dia 31. Recebi email com todas as informações sobre check-in e check-out, incluindo os horarios. Acontece que as 9 da manha, do dia 31/12, o estabelecimento encontrava-se fechado, o que nos deixou impossibilitados de devolver a chave, ocasionando a nossa perda de voo. Tivemos um grande prejuizo devido a falta de responsabilidade do administrador local.

The property itself was very nice for the price, looked just like the pictures if not bigger and better. However the communication and access to the rooms completely ruined the experienced. They said we could check in till 10pm but when we got there at 9pm we got sent to a different check in and had no address of our hotel rooms so wandered around for about 20 mins before we realized they’d written a note in the packet of keys they gave us except the map print out was the wrong location. So it took us so long to find our apartments which were scattered all over the city. They also told us room 4 but gave the keys to room 8 so we didn’t even know 100% which room to try. Very bad experience and bad communication but the rooms were nice for cheap so that made it ok.

Erst nach der Buchung wurde mitgeteilt, dass sich Check In sowie auch die hauseigenen Parkplätze jeweils an einer anderen Adresse befinden als das Apartment. Mit Gepäck und Kind nicht wirklich toll. Dann ist der Eingang zum Apartment nicht leicht zu finden, da ganz unscheinbar zwischen 2 Graffitis. Das einzig positive am Apartment: Es ist groß, gut 100 qm. Das wars dann aber auch schon. Das Apartment ist lieblos eingerichtet. Das alleine könnte man ja noch akzeptieren, aber... 1. Die Küche ist mangelhaft ausgestattet. Es gab genau einen (!!) Teelöffel, keine Frühstücksschalen für z.B. Cornflakes etc. Ebenso war das telefonisch versprochene "Starterkapselpaket" für die Nespresso-Maschine nicht da. Einkaufen ging nicht, da Feiertag war. 2. Der Platz im Bad zwischen Waschbecken und Wand ist völlig ungenügend. Keine Ablageflächen. Eklige Schlieren am Spiegel. Gesprungenes Waschbecken. Nur Kaltwasser in den anderen Waschräumen. 3. 1,5 Rollen Toilettenpapier für 2 Nächte/3Personen. Kosmetiktücherhalter waren leer. 4. Eklige Flecken auf dem Sofa. Sinnloser Raumtrenner im Wohnzimmer, Fernseher daher vom Sofa aus nicht einsehbar. 5. Diverse Lichter (u.a. Decke Schlafzimmer) funktionierten nicht. 6. WLAN funktionierte nicht stabil. 7. Eigenartiger Geruch überall. Dafür Hotelpreise aufzurufen, ist schon eine Frechheit. Wir sind nach einer Nacht geflohen und haben uns was vernünftiges (zum gleichen Preis) gebucht. Schade ums Geld.
