Not very clean. Bathroom was literally falling apart

The hall carpets need a good steam cleaning . The rooms were clean but are showing signs of wear and tear . The TV channels are minimal .

The property was in disrepair.

floors are so gross nasty- walls had dry wall patch marks but weren't painted... every tub was painted over but peeled and gross.. oh pool just nasty -

check in staff was not friendly or helpful at all, Hotel was smelly, hallways were all stained, hair in the tub drain (not ours) making it difficult to empty, tub all scratched up.

The ownership group needs to spend some money to clean up the rooms. The nightstand on the right had a chunk missing on the corner. The bathtub had chipping paint from it and the bottom surface of the tub was very slick and dangerous. The bathroom didn’t have a vent fan and the drywall above the shower was peeling/chipping. The hot tub jets didn’t work and the concrete around the edge was cracked and missing. The safety handrail wasn’t attached and was a major safety issue to enter and exit the hot tub. The breakfast was good for 1-2 days but offering the exact same hot breakfast wasn’t ideal for an extended stay. The breakfast staff also didn’t wipe down any tables as they continued to turn over with guests. The 3rd floor elevator door on the left was missing a down arrow on the wall. The beds in the room were ok, but clearly showed their age as they were older spring mattresses. This hotel is almost full every night. There’s no excuse unless they choose not to invest in their property as to why they would allow rooms/facility to look the way it does. Money shouldn’t be an issue.

Location is good. Room is comfortable.

The staff makes this property good. The lobby is modern and nice but our room was outdated and the bathroom old. The breakfast is excellent. Easy to find from SkyHarbor.
