Best Western Plus Gilbert/Mesa

Friendly staff. Cleanliness could have been better. Carpet had stains and there was candy on the floor from the previous guests. Holes in the wall. Bath tub had cracking on the floor. Very thin walls. Could head a lot of noise from the hall.

Best breakfast in a long time. Very quiet room.

Should of known it was gonna be bad when at check in they tell you not to park around back and to grab everything out of your car. Liked nothing, shower wouldnt drain, door wouldnt lock, you can hear people from the lobby on the 3rd floor. No choice of channels on tv.

The carpet was torn, dirty, and dingy throughout. The rooms were not in the best shape at all. I was extremely disappointed in this property and will never stay here again.

I expected more look at my pictures. Hair in the shower that was definitely not mine. My hair isn't dark. Light switches that were disgusting and filthy. This place was just disgusting. Poor management poor customer service. Owners should get real and take more pride. The owners are usually Indains and they ate know to be disgusting and take poor care of hotel properties.

The breakfast servers were very quick and friendly. The hotel room bathroom and bedding were dirty. I had to request the beds be fixed and they did not change the dirty sheets.

Had a one-night stay at this hotel, which included a hot breakfast buffet. My only complaint was that there were only two pillows on a king bed in my room. My mother had a similar room that did have four pillows. I am sure if I would have asked they would have been provided. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

I had a nice stay here. This Best Western is obviously getting older as some things need to be updated and modernized. The bathtub didn't look clean but I know that it had been cleaned and the shower curtain was older and a bit hard-water stained at the bottom. It's a nice place in a great location but needs some work. The people working there were mostly very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great Good breakfast quiet

The staff was great but the facilities were very bad. Our bathroom door was broken. The mattresses were stained. The floors looked stained also. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Sorry, I had to be honest and we have used hotels.com for tons of our stays. We will never be staying here again.
