I made this booking for my mother in law and daughter. I booked two rooms and when i made the booking I asked that the 2 rooms be close to each other. When arriving at the hotel they were informed only one room is booked although we had proof we had booked two - I wrote an email on numerous occasions and got zero response...

Great location, easy access to hwy 17. Staff are always super nice and welcoming.

Hotel is starting to show its age. We've stayed in several different rooms and suites over 5 years and the carpet is getting frayed, stairwell stairs chipped, bathrooms dated. Everything very clean, but tired-looking.

In the middle of the night, the heater broke and started a loud noise and stopped working. When we called the reception, the staff was not available to fix it . The reception staff did not even bothered to visit the room and on the phone just said that 'Turn off the heater yourself'..All night we slept in the cold..the next day at 11 am the staff came and changed the whole unit working for 30 min. Surprised to see that such an expensive hotel does not have a concept of pro-active maintenance. They are charging customers a huge amount and then not even bothering to compensate for the in-convenience caused !..Also, the staff is totally not helpful. While they see i was bringing my lugguage all alone with 10 suitcases in freezing cold, they dont even bother to open the door and just keep standing warching ! Poor experience..interms of value for money, i would rate it zero or infact -10 !

Can you make up a booklet with instructions for the TV or which channels are available. A restaurant menu in the room would be nice for ordering in. Why is it so much more expensive than booking through Expedia. Why didn't l get Western points.

We celebrated our 10th anniversary in a suite with a fantastic 2 person tub! The room was perfectly appropriated and the service was stellar. We plan on coming back next year too.

Very Friendly and Professional staff,rooms are always very clean.

Location of the hotel

Room seemed to had a big break in at some point. The whole hotel is very old and smells like chlorine. The beds are old and uncomfortable.
