"Hard Pass, stay anywhere else."

Location was great.

Very outdated, halls smelled horrible, pool had soooo much chlorine, and was very small. No breakfast included for the high price. Beds were not comfortable.

"Room 117 a disappointment."

Pet friendly room was equipped with horrible beds. Bumpy and lumpy with broken inner coil springs which made the bed tip to one side. The inside of the Shower curtain had a mysterious green substance on it and housekeeping was advised as we were loading up upon checkout. We’ve been staying at the Watertower for well over 30 years now and the pet friendly rooms have degraded quite a bit.

"Family Fun at an affordable Price!"

We took our family to the Water Tower Inn for a March Break staycation and it was absolutely perfect! The kids LOVED the pool and especially the outdoor hot tub — that was a huge hit. Our room also had a really cool fold-down bed for the kids, which made the whole experience feel like a fun adventure for them. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and clearly designed with families in mind. It made traveling with kids easy and enjoyable. Location-wise, you can’t beat it — right on the Trans-Canada Highway and super easy to find (the water tower makes it pretty hard to miss!). The staff were fantastic, and the manager truly goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and stress-free getaway in the Soo!

Beginning to look tired. Hall carpets are worn etc. Furnishings haven’t been changed in years-I have stayed there off and on for 10+ years
