"Will not be returning"

Location is right where I needed to be to attend a Hawks game.

Check in at 4 and my room was not ready until 5:30. Then the room was still dirty especially the bathroom.

Ladies at the front desk were so nice and welcoming each time! I had a problem with the tv and they sent a tech immediately but they couldn’t resolve the connection problem to Netflex nor Amazon prime for movies so they told me to call the Marriott network to report the issue. They couldn’t resolve it either. Otherwise stay was lovely!! Thank you!!

"Good Choice for Concert at Buckhead Theatrr"

We chose this hotel because it was close to the Buckhead Theater. Very easy to get a short Uber ride the the concert and back. We also liked the fact we could get a suite with an upstairs loft so all four of us could stay in one room. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet was well stocked.

I visited this property over Thanksgiving weekend and booked a two-night stay for my father. The experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The first room assigned had broken USB chargers and reeked of marijuana. After raising the issue, we were moved to a second room, which was no better—it had a disgustingly clogged bathroom tub and a broken door. The overall condition of the hotel was shocking; it is in desperate need of renovations and does not live up to Marriott's usual standards. As a Silver Elite member for 15 years, I expected far better. While we were offered a few points for the inconvenience, it does not compensate for the unacceptable condition of the property. I’m truly surprised this is a Marriott property and will never stay here again. Avoid this hotel until major improvements are made.

Marijuana odor everywhere! Unruly guests fighting at ungodly hours, smashing things - enough to wake the dead! Really disappointing for a property in the heart of Buckhead. We will not stay here again.

The quality of the rooms Penthouse style with 2 queen beds and 3 tvs and a full kitchen Location close to alot of shopping and restaurants

Price some times it exceeded 330 a night Parking fee that’s added to the bill
