"GREAT STAY!"

The front desk staff was AMAZING! SHAWNTA and JB were super friendly, efficient and efficient. Older Residence Inn but nice. Rooms are spacious. The service and convenience makes it 5 stars!

The following were issues at this Marriott location. Ishared all of this with the front desk. 1. The flip lock to the front was broken. 2. The towel rack upstairs and downstairs was broken and falling. 3. The TV in the bedroom did not work (would not turn on) 4. The remote for the tv had black tape holding the batteries in place. Absolutely unacceptable from a Marriott Residence property. At 258.00 for the night (total cost) I expected a typical high quality experience. Dale Fanton

The room was not clean. The floor and vents were extremely dirty. We requested a cleaning and even after that, they were not clean. The kitchen floor was sticky.

"The good the bad and the ugly"

Me and my family stayed two night at residence inn buckhead we were initially a bit skeptical because of the savage reviews that were posted about this hotel so we went to view the rooms before our intially stay to make sure it upheld a certain amount of cleanliness (which it did) it wasn’t as uncomfortable as some of the reviews said we stayed in the penthouse room for Christmas and we were able to comfortably eat our Christmas meal … our room did not have any bugs now the upstairs room got hotter than the downstairs the beds were hard and uncomfortable that would be the only thing that would stop us from booking here again the area downstairs was clean but the upstairs bathroom could have used a little more cleaning the staff was accommodating and were not rude at all it wasn’t the perfect stay but it did what it was supposed to do for the time we were their if you do stay here make sure to check all tvs and everything before a certain time so that it can be fixed because at a certain time some of the staff leave. Any problem we had was solved and other than a few minor things it wasn’t a totally bad experience.
