Deposit policy of $250 Parking fees of $13.50 Really effects if you are using debit card and it has to come back within a week Also management said that card iam paying with has to match my id What if iam using family or company card and they didnt allow me to use so I had to use my personal one Also i have a credit card that has my old name before I legally changed it and they didnt accept it

Excellent hospitality. The penthouse could use some upgrades, especially the carpet. Parking was minimal. Overall, we were comfortable.

"Terrible hotel in need of significant repair"

This is one of the worst hotlels that I have ever stayed in 1. the room I was in didn't have internet and I was later told that all rooms ending in my room number didn't have internet ... so why would you check me into that room? Furthermore wjy was I never offered a room change. 2. Room location was on the 2nd floor and no one was there to assist me with my luggage in the pouring rain. 3. phone was broken and it was literally a shell 4. room was dirty and the toliet had urine stains on it 5 location was horrible and while in Buckhead there limited food and delivery options 6. Coffeemaker pot was missing and no one offered to replace it This hotel should be shut down. I moved a better hotel the next day. The manager JB was very nice an understood my issues.
