The employees were nice and really tired to help but not much you can do when property is so run down.

Very run down and very dirty. Carpets did not look like they had been vacuumed in days. The room was in bad shape the sink did not drain, the towels had holes in them. My room was left open all day by Maintenance and when I came back at 11:00pm after business meetings the door was still open! Over all very surprised for a Hampton

"Don't Book Here."

Regrets that I did not read the reviews before we booked. Agree with all of them but the most alarming is that the exterior doors are not locked. We walked right into the ground floor/basement door at 11 PM on a Friday night with no key. Place is disgusting, not sure why we stayed but the 2nd room after rejecting the moldy 1st room was decent enough after a 5 hour drive. Will not go back. A shop owner suggested the Aloft BHam Soho Square which we will try next time. Even if the renovation claims are true, the elevator walls were dirty, the door in our bathroom was dirty from dirty mops. They do not clean the place.
